MEDIATOR-ATTORNEY–NERGİS SUNGUR KOCA

She was born in Samsun – Bafra in 1977. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1998. She started the profession as a freelance attorney in 2000. She is currently working as a freelance attorney. She has beenan expert inemployee claims since 2015. Since she has acted as a company and cooperative representative for long years, she mainly focused on the fields of contractual law, cooperatives law, trade law, and labor law. She is a mediator registered with Ankara Public Prosecutor’s Office. She has received expert mediator training on labor law and she works oncause-of-action mediation files or as discretionary mediator with registration.
