MEDIATOR-ATTORNEY - FİLİZ BEKİŞ

I was born in 1976 in Yozgat / Akdagmadeni. I am married and a mother of two children. I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ankara University in 1998.I have been working as a freelance attorney registered with Ankara Bar Association since 1999. I received my public notary certificate in 2002. I completed my master’s degree in the field of Economy and Energy Law under Public Law at Hacettepe University in 2020. Currently I am a Class 3 student at theEconomics Faculty of Anatolian University. I received mediation training in 2013 and started to work as a mediator. I have participated and received certificates in many fields such as Mediation training, Actuarial training, Health Law Advanced Training, Concordat and Concordat Commissary Training With Legal and Financial Aspects, Qualified Calculations Arising from Attorney and Representation Fee Claims Training, Qualified Calculations Arising from Labor Regulations training, Public Tender Law Training, and Judicial Assistance Training. I have worked as an expert before Ankara Trade Court of First Instance and Ankara Civil Court of First Instance in relation to part of these trainings. I also participated in many panels organized by Ankara Bar Association and received participation certificates. I finally participated in VIII Health Law Council and currently I work atAnkara Bar Association Health Law section. I speak a fair level of English and German. I am a member of BADER. I have undertaken representation and consultancy tasks for many institutions and cooperatives such as Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Baskent Distribution Inc. , Mavi Medya Ltd, SS Onuray Land and House Construction Cooperative, SS Akcali Land and House Building Cooperative, SS Uluken Tourism Development Cooperative, SS Belmikent Land and House Construction Cooperative, SS Dogus Kent Land and House Construction Cooperative Higher Union, SS Beytepe House Construction Cooperatives Higher Union, SS Sayilanlar Land, and House Construction Cooperative. Currently I work as a freelance attorney and mediator and I also continue my works in the field of construction law and contracts law in addition to my position as cooperative consultant.
